About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working with clients or hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled
2. Performing candidate searches to create a list of suitable candidates
3. Assessing candidate's review of their resumes, interviews
4. Performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
5. Presenting the list to senior stakeholders and following up it to closure
6. Preparing various reports and MIS as per schedule
7. Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
8. Drafting recruitment advertisements, and emailers open positions
9. Maintaining contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications
10. Performing other related duties as assigned
