About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
4. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
5. Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms
6. Conduct initial HR screening calls
