About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment: from JD creation to interviews to onboarding
2. Own outreach and pipeline management for roles across departments
3. Help craft job descriptions, hiring content, and campaigns that actually sound human
4. Support employer branding efforts across platforms (especially LinkedIn)
5. Research hiring trends, tools, and strategies to keep us sharp
6. Sit in on hiring discussions and learn what really goes into building teams
