About the internship
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Outreach: Spend the first half of the day identifies potential candidates on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other portals based on active job descriptions.
- Job Portal Management: Post new openings and refresh existing listings to ensure maximum visibility and a steady flow of inbound applications.
- Initial Screening: Conduct 10-15 telephonic "first-round" interviews daily to verify candidate experience, notice periods, and CTC expectations.
- Interview Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between candidates and hiring managers scheduling technical rounds and sending out calendar invites.
- Database Hygiene: Daily entry and updating of candidate status in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or internal Excel trackers to ensure no lead is lost.
- Candidate Experience: Send timely "regret" or "selection" emails to maintain a professional brand image for the company.
