About the internship
We are looking for a talent intelligence intern who enjoys research, discovering patterns in hiring markets, and identifying where great talent exists. This role sits at the intersection of recruitment, market research, and talent analytics. You will help our team understand where companies are hiring, what skills are in demand, and where the best candidates can be found by analyzing job boards, professional platforms, and hiring trends. This internship is ideal for someone interested in HR, recruitment strategy, talent analytics, or consulting.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research hiring trends across job boards, company career pages, and professional networks
2. Identify companies actively hiring across different industries
3. Build structured talent intelligence reports and hiring trackers
4. Map talent pools for different roles and industries
5. Support recruiters by identifying potential candidate sources
6. Maintain and update talent databases and sourcing sheets
7. Track emerging skills, technologies, and hiring patterns
