About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist teachers in day-to-day classroom activities and lesson delivery.
2. Manage classroom environment, ensuring discipline and a positive learning atmosphere.
3. Take and maintain accurate attendance records of students.
4. Monitor student regularity; communicate with parents/guardians in case of irregular attendance.
5. Support event organization and execution within the NGO.
6. Update student records, maintain files, and ensure data accuracy.
7. Complete tasks and projects assigned by higher authorities promptly.
8. Provide administrative and logistical support for various programs.
Please note: The interested candidate must be passionate about empowering girls and women through education and community support, willing to contribute to teaching as well as management tasks, and committed to making a meaningful impact. This is a part-time role for 6 months, extendable based on performance.

Additional information
1. Work mode: On-site (The Heritage School, Pocket 2, South West Delhi, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, Delhi, India).
2. Working hours: 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
3. Probation period: The first month will be considered a probation period with a fixed stipend of ₹2,500, irrespective of the final stipend amount.
4. You are requested to attend the walk-in interview at our Gurgaon center (H24/23, DLF City, Phase 1, Sector 26, Near Phase 1 Gurudwara, Gurugram, Haryana-122002).
