4. Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
5. Analyze information and processes to develop more effective or efficient processes and strategies
6. Establish and achieve business and profit objectives
7. Maintain a clean, tidy business and ensure attractive signage and displays
8. Generate reports and present information to upper-level managers or other parties
9. Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures
10. Perform other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business
