About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct in-depth research on Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 trends.
2. Identify new product ideas, training programs, and practical use cases.
3. Contribute to research-backed reports, case studies, and concept notes.
4. Assist in creating and formatting presentations, technical articles, research papers, and case studies.
5. Translate complex technical concepts into structured and learner-friendly content.
6. Support curriculum development and creation of learning materials.
7. Assist subject matter experts as a Teaching Assistant in academic delivery.
8. Design assignments, projects, and evaluation frameworks.
9. Provide learner feedback and support doubt resolution.
10. Ensure smooth execution of training sessions, workshops, and programs.
11. Coordinate with mentors, learners, and internal teams for seamless operations.
12. Track attendance, performance, and overall program progress.
13. Manage and operate the Learning Management System (LMS).
14. Upload content and monitor learner engagement on the LMS.
15. Maintain data, reports, and dashboards for internal tracking.
16. Collaborate with technical, content, and operations teams.
17. Support end-to-end academic and product delivery processes.
18. Assist in resolving operational and technical challenges.
19. Stay updated with emerging technologies in Robotics, Automation, AI, and Industry 4.0/5.0.
20. Participate in internal training and upskilling initiatives.
