DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. PC deployment and provide basic IT support.
2. Install and test Apni Prerna, and track reported issues.
3. Test software features and write clear bug reports.
4. Maintain data and reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
5. Maintain related documentation.
6. Coordinate with POD teams and developers to follow up on issues.

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 28th Sep'26 and 2nd Nov'26
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Palghar, Vasai, Nala Sopara, Vasai-Virar only
5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
We prefer candidates who can work on-site in Nalasopara East for 8 hours a day and are comfortable commuting to the office. Basic knowledge of computers, Excel or Google Sheets, and an interest in troubleshooting are important. Candidates should be willing to learn software testing, document issues clearly, and coordinate with different teams. Freshers are welcome; prior experience is not required.
