Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues through various channels, including email, phone, chat, and remote desktop support.

5. Bug Reporting: Identify and document software bugs and other product-related issues. Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and track bug fixes.
6. Product Improvement: Act as a liaison between customers and the development team to relay customer feedback and feature requests. Provide valuable insights to help improve product functionality and usability.
