About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Call potential customers to generate interest in motor insurance policies.Identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, inquiries, or referrals.
2. Clearly explain motor insurance plans, benefits, premiums, and coverage.Provide comparisons of different policies as per customer needs.Educate customers on renewal process, add-ons, and claim procedures.
3. Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers.Follow up with existing customers for renewals and cross-selling.Update customers about policy status, offers, or due dates.
