As a Telecalling intern, you will have the opportunity to hone your English and Hindi proficiency, as well as your MS-Excel skills. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
2. Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
3. Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers in MS-Excel.
4. Communicating effectively with customers to provide exceptional service and support.
5. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
7. Assisting with other tasks and projects as needed to support the overall goals of the company.
