About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Act as the first touchpoint for affluent buyers, NRIs, and investors
2. Engage HNI clients through calls to introduce exclusive luxury properties
3. Qualify and nurture leads, understanding client preferences and intent
4. Coordinate with Luxury Sales Specialists for personalized consultations
5. Conduct strategic follow-ups to build long-term client relationships
6. Schedule and coordinate exclusive site visits and property tours
7. Stay updated on luxury real estate trends to support client advisory

4. Proactive & Goal-Oriented Approach – Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and consistently achieve high-quality client interactions.
