About the internship
Are you a motivated individual with excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi? Join as a Telecalling intern and work alongside our dynamic sales team to support our clients and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
3. Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all communication with clients.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
5. Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills in sales support and customer relationship management.
6. Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volumes, lead generation, and appointment setting.
7. Contribute ideas for improving the telecalling process and overall sales support operations.
