We are looking for confident and energetic telecalling intern to support our sales and customer outreach activities. The intern will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating leads for the sales team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data
2. Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
3. Generate leads and schedule follow-ups/appointments
4. Maintain call records and update CRM or Excel sheets
5. Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally
6. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
7. Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures

4. are from Thane, Mumbai only
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English)
2. Confident, persuasive, and polite on calls
3. Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel
4. Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
5. Willingness to learn sales and customer handling
