About the internship
As a Telecalling intern at Firststore.io, you will have the exciting opportunity to interact with customers and assist them with their inquiries. Your knowledge of MS-Excel, Hindi proficiency (spoken), and English proficiency (written) will be crucial in delivering excellent service.
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
2. Handle inbound calls from customers and address their queries or concerns
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in MS-Excel
4. Assist in generating leads and following up on sales opportunities
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals
6. Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and preferences
7. Continuously strive to improve communication skills and customer service techniques
