About the internship
We are seeking a motivated 'Personal Loan Calling Process Intern' to support our sales and customer engagement team. The intern will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining personal loan products, collecting basic information, and coordinating with the internal loan processing team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads
2. Explain personal loan products, eligibility criteria, and basic terms
3. Identify customer interest and schedule follow-ups
4. Collect and verify basic customer information
5. Maintain accurate call records and customer data
