1. Conduct cold calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication
3. Identify customer needs and provide solutions to drive sales
4. Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives
5. Update customer information in the database to ensure accuracy
6. Assist in developing telemarketing scripts and techniques for maximum effectiveness
