About the internship
Salon at Door is looking for an enthusiastic and confident sales intern (tele sales) to join our growing team. The intern will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and supporting sales operations through calls and WhatsApp follow-ups. This role offers hands-on exposure to real sales, customer communication, and start-up growth.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Call and follow up with incoming leads from ads, WhatsApp & social media
2. Convert inquiries into confirmed service bookings
3. Explain packages, offers & monthly plans clearly to customers
4. Handle customer queries professionally
5. Share service details, pricing & offers via WhatsApp
6. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups
7. Maintain daily call and booking records
8. Update customer data in Excel/CRM
9. Share daily performance reports with the team
10. Coordinate with operations & marketing teams
11. Support promotional campaigns and festive offers
