Sadbhav Futuretech Limited is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic 'Tender Intern' to join our Solar Rooftop Department. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced team and gain hands-on experience in tendering, bidding, and client coordination.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Assist in preparing tender documents, proposals, and related paperwork.
2. Evaluate bids and contribute to the tendering decision-making process.
3. Search and track tenders through online & offline platforms/portals.
4. Coordinate and communicate with internal departments for required documents.
5. Analyze tender requirements and support in creating effective bid solutions.
6. Maintain and update tender records, databases, and trackers.
7. Prepare reports, MIS, and tender summaries.
8. Support the team during tender evaluation and post-tender activities.
9. Utilize MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentation needs.
10. Provide general administrative support to the tendering and rooftop teams.
