About the internship
As a 'Theme-based Airbnb Construction and Operations Intern' at SaiBa Apparels Ltd, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on creating unique and innovative spaces for our Airbnb properties.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Collaborate with the design team to develop themed concepts for Airbnb properties.
2. Assist in managing construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
3. Oversee the selection and installation of furniture, fixtures, and decor elements.
4. Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and other team members.
5. Conduct property inspections to ensure quality and guest readiness.
6. Support in resolving any operational issues that may arise during guest stays.
7. Work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
