About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist the sales team in generating leads and following up with potential clients.
2. Communicate with customers to understand their travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
3. Support in preparing customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
4. Maintain client databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
5. Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and travel partners for booking inquiries.
6. Help manage social media inquiries related to travel packages.
7. Participate in promotional activities and contribute ideas for improving sales.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing a degree in travel & tourism, hospitality, business management, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Basic understanding of travel industry trends (training will be provided).
4. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
6. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first approach.
