About the internship
This is an ideal opportunity for students or recent graduates who are keen to build a career in luxury travel, hospitality, or tourism.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with hotel, flight, transfer, rail, cruise, and activity bookings.
2. Research luxury hotels, safari lodges, cruises, villas, and unique travel experiences worldwide.
3. Coordinate experience bookings, including private guides, restaurant reservations, spa appointments, and exclusive excursions.
4. Help prepare client proposals, travel itineraries, and travel documents.
5. Liaise with hotels, destination management companies, airlines, and other travel partners.
6. Assist with operational tasks before, during, and after client travel.
7. Support the Luxury Travel team with administrative and coordination activities as required.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
4. Passion for luxury travel and global destinations.
5. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
7. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
