About the internship
As a Trip Captain, you will be the on-ground leader of our curated trips and retreats, ensuring a safe, engaging, and unforgettable experience for our travelers.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Act as the point of contact and leader during trips
2. Manage group dynamics and ensure a positive atmosphere
3. Coordinate with local vendors and retreat hosts
4. Assist with basic travel logistics (boarding, stay, food, transport)
5. Conduct group activities, games, and reflective sessions
6. Handle emergencies or last-minute changes with confidence
7. Create content (photos/videos/stories) during the trip (optional but a bonus)
