About the internship
Interngrad is a forward-thinking platform bridging the gap between education and employment. We offer curated internships, mentorship, and project-based learning designed to equip students with real-world industry skills. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX design intern who is passionate about user-centered design. You'll get the opportunity to work on live projects, collaborate with developers and marketers, and contribute to the overall digital experience of our products. Outstanding interns will be considered for a pre-placement offer (PPO).
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
3. Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design improvements
4. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
5. Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides
6. Participate in feedback sessions and continuously improve the design based on stakeholder input

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in design, HCI, or a related field
2. Working knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
3. Basic understanding of UX principles and responsive design
4. Strong attention to detail and creativity
5. Portfolio of previous design work (even student projects welcome)
6. Ability to work full-time in the office for 6 months
