About the internship
1. Design intuitive and visually engaging websites, web apps, and digital products
2. Translate briefs, wireframes, and user flows into high-quality UI
3. Create responsive designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile
4. Build and maintain components, styles, and design systems in Figma
5. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
6. Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback
7. Understand basic UX principles and design with usability in mind
8. Create prototypes and interactions where required
9. Maintain consistency across typography, spacing, grids, components, and visual language
10. Work across multiple projects and adapt to different brands, industries, and design directions

Other requirements
What We’re Looking For
1. Strong understanding of UI/UX and visual design principles
2. Proficiency in Figma
3. Good understanding of typography, colour, layout, grids, spacing, and hierarchy
4. Ability to create polished, production-ready designs
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Ability to understand a brief and independently take it from idea to execution
7. Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
8. Good communication and collaboration skills
9. A portfolio that demonstrates strong digital/product design work
Good to Have
1. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate into development
2. Experience working with design systems and component libraries
3. Knowledge of prototyping and micro-interactions
4. Experience designing for SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or consumer applications
5. Motion/interaction design experience is a plus
