About the internship
We are looking for interns to support day-to-day operations and business development as we scale a focused, quality-driven food brand.
Selected intern's day to day responsibilities will include:
1. Providing hands-on support across microgreens and edible flowers operations, including seeding, sowing, watering, harvesting, and routine grow area maintenance.
2. Packaging and preparing DIY grow kits for microgreens and edible flowers.
3. Assisting with research and trials to improve crop efficiency, yield, and growth cycles.
4. Ensuring consistency, hygiene, and adherence to defined operating processes.
5. Supporting basic demand planning and tracking of harvest cycles.
6. Coordinating with the team for smooth daily operations.
7. Communicating clearly in English and Hindi; knowledge of Telugu is an added advantage.
8. Demonstrating curiosity and willingness to learn urban farming and food supply operations.
