About the internship
As a UX research intern, you won't be scheduling surveys and watching from the sidelines. You'll be doing real research in the field, with real users, on problems that have real consequences. You'll work closely with our product and design team to understand how doctors, nurses, and expecting mothers interact with our products and where we're falling short.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Planning and running user interviews with gynaecologists, nurses, and ANMs at partner hospitals
2. Conducting usability tests on our B2B clinical platform and B2C consumer app
3. Going on field visits to hospitals and clinics to observe workflows firsthand
4. Synthesising research findings into clear insights that the product and design team can act on
5. Building user personas, journey maps, and research reports
6. Identifying gaps between what users say, what they do, and what they actually need
7. Collaborating with designers to shape product decisions from the research up

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 3rd Jun'26 and 8th Jul'26
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. We care more about curiosity and rigour than your resume.
2. You're currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in design, psychology, human-computer interaction, anthropology, sociology, or any field that has trained you to understand people
3. You know the basics of qualitative research — how to write a discussion guide, run an interview without leading the witness, and synthesise what you heard into something actionable
4. You're comfortable with ambiguity — not every research question has a clean answer, and you're okay with that
5. You can communicate your findings clearly — in writing, in a deck, or standing in front of a room
6. You're empathetic by default. Our users are often under stress — a nurse at 2 am, a first-time mother who doesn't know if what she's feeling is normal. You know how to meet people where they are
7. Familiarity with tools like Maze, Dovetail, Notion, or Figma is a plus — but not a requirement. We'll teach you

Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 500000 to 600000/year
What this is not
1. This is not a remote internship. Our users are in hospitals and clinics. Research happens in person
2. This is not a role where you'll run one study and write one report. You'll be in the field, iterating constantly
3. This is not a large company with a defined playbook. Things move fast, and sometimes the process is something you'll help build
What you'll get
1. Hands-on experience doing research that directly influences product decisions — not research that sits in a folder
2. Field exposure to healthcare settings that most researchers never get early in their careers
3. A close-knit team that takes research seriously — your findings will be read, debated, and acted on
4. Mentorship from the product and design team
5. A strong reference and the foundation of a portfolio that will stand out
