At Spolto, we're on a mission to make 1 million Indians fall in love with sports. Our PlayPads are buzzing neighborhood hubs where kids and adults train, play, and grow. As a Venue Operations Intern, you'll be the face of Spolto at the ground level.

a Venue Champion who can be the face of our brand at our venues Interns who ensure
everything runs smooth, while creating an unforgettable experience for our members.
Your day might look like this:
Managing the Spolto coaches to ensure we run on time
Welcoming parents, kids, and members so they feel at home
Handling last-minute chaos (it happens!) with a cool head
Encouraging members to sign up and grow the community when they're having fun

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 11th Sep'25 and 16th Oct'25
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Pune only
5. have relevant skills and interests
* Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.

● Are based in Pune and can travel
● Have a knack for talking to people: parents, kids, coaches, anyone
● Are dependable (showing up on time, every time, matters here)
