DESCRIPTION
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Podcast Editing: Assist in editing audio/video podcasts for clarity, flow, and engagement.
2. Reels & Shorts Editing: Cut long-form content into 15-60 second engaging reels/shorts with strong hooks and captions.
3. Graphics & Captions: Add subtitles, overlays, and visual enhancements for social media.
4. Content Repurposing: Adapt podcasts into short clips, carousels, and highlight reels.
5. Trend Research: Monitor trending sounds, formats, and editing styles to apply in content.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Manager, designers, and fellow interns to deliver polished outputs.

1. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Capcut, or similar tools.
2. Creative storytelling & editing sense.
3. Familiarity with Instagram Reels and trends.
4. Basic sound & text editing skills.
