About the internship
1. Edit full-length podcast episodes with professional-level audio and video sync.
2. Create engaging short-form content (reels, YouTube shorts, clips) from podcasts.
3. Add captions, transitions, effects, and creative cuts tailored for social media algorithms.
4. Ensure clean, high-quality exports optimized for multiple platforms.
5. Work with the production team to maintain brand consistency across all edits.

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 17th Sep'25 and 22nd Oct'25
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Strong proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
2. Ability to design and execute shorts/reels that hold attention within the first 3 seconds.
3. Technical knowledge of audio clean-up, multi-camera sync, and timeline management.
4. Portfolio or past work in both podcast editing AND short-form content (must provide).
5. Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and social media trends.
6. Only those with prior experience and strong technical skills in video editing. This is a production-heavy role, so beginners or hobby editors will not be considered.
7. Stipend/Duration: As per industry standards. Details will be shared during selection.
