About the internship
Synchronize external audio tracks, clean up background noise, and balance audio levels between the host and the doctor for a pristine listening experience.
Design and insert engaging visual elements, including lower-thirds (names/titles), medical diagrams, slide overlays, and high-quality B-roll to explain complex healthcare topics clearly.
Repurpose long-form podcast episodes into highly engaging short-form content (YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels) complete with dynamic, fast-paced captions.
Add accurate subtitles to full-length videos to ensure accessibility and high engagement for medical awareness topics.
Collaborate closely with the content team to ensure the visual tone remains professional, empathetic, and informative.
We are looking for long-term team members! Upon successful completion of the internship and a performance review, we intend to transition the right candidate into a full-time position.

Other requirements
Prior experience editing talk shows, multi-person podcasts, or interview-style videos is highly preferred (please share a portfolio link).
Strong attention to detail, especially when spelling out medical terminology or aligning graphics with clinical explanations.
Ability to identify the most compelling 30 to 60-second hooks from a long conversation to create viral short-form clips.
Access to a reliable editing system that can easily handle multi-cam footage rendering without delays.
An interest or basic understanding of health, wellness, or medical awareness content is a huge plus.
