About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding best design techniques and solutions to create eye-catching videos and should be a good thinker in terms of video editing.
2. Showcasing knowledge of design principles to produce the design for social media, YouTube, Corporate videos, websites and marketing demos.
3. Working with the digital marketing team to create marketing requirements for campaigns - Create and deliver videos on various media platforms.
4. Helping in selecting audio, video, colours, animation, etc for graphic design - Knowledge of creating YouTube shorts and Facebook stories.
5. Editing raw video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance the video - Work with a wide range of media, meeting deadlines and working effectively.
6. Paying attention to the detailed aspects of a creative to ensure high accuracy in copy, layout, and technical execution.
7. Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts for effective brand communication while following the company's visual guidelines.
8. Managing and overseeing all technical aspects of video recording and editing.

We have a strong adherence system in place via medically-trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, where we guide the customer across their hair growth journey and help them stay on track. Traya was founded by Saloni Anand, a techie-turned-marketeer, and Altaf Saiyed, a Stanford Business School alumnus.
Traya was created with a global vision to create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatize it, while empathizing with the customers that it has an emotional and psychological impact. Most importantly, to combine 3 different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition) to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients.
