About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Edit engaging reels, shorts, and videos on trending career topics.
2. Add transitions, captions, effects, and sound to enhance video quality.
3. Collaborate with the content team to bring scripts and ideas to life visually.\
4. Repurpose long-form content (webinars, sessions) into bite-sized videos.
5. Stay updated on editing trends, formats, and social media video styles.
6. Maintain brand consistency across all video content.

Other requirements
1. Passionate about video editing, content creation, and storytelling.
2. Familiarity with editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Filmora, or similar).
3. Knowledge of trending reel/shorts formats and social media aesthetics.
4. Creative eye for detail, pacing, and visual storytelling.
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
6. Bonus: Basic graphic design skills in Canva or Photoshop.
