We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can turn raw travel footage into engaging, cinematic, and high-retention content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and social media.
The ideal candidate should understand storytelling, pacing, emotional editing, audience retention, and modern content styles.
This role is ideal for someone who loves travel, content creation, visual storytelling, and digital media.
Key Responsibilities
Edit long-form travel videos for YouTube
Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Shorts, and social media
Turn raw footage into engaging story-driven edits
Add music, transitions, subtitles, B-roll, motion elements, and sound effects
Perform basic color correction / grading and audio enhancement
Maintain a consistent brand editing style across all content
Collaborate with the team on thumbnails, hooks, pacing, and audience engagement
Skills Required
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
Strong understanding of video storytelling and pacing
Experience editing YouTube videos and short-form content
Good sense of music, timing, and emotional flow
Ability to work with travel footage, talking-head content, and cinematic clips
Preferred skills:
Basic knowledge of After Effects / motion graphics
Experience with subtitles, animations, and social media edits
Understanding of YouTube retention and viral short-form editing styles
