Video Editing/Making Internship in Pune at FALCHION XENIAA

Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Video Shooting & Editing Intern who can manage the complete video content process from shooting to final editing.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing engaging short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other marketing channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to turn ideas into high-quality visual content that captures attention and drives engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being behind the camera, understands visual storytelling, and can independently create professional, social-media-ready videos. You should be comfortable handling shoots, editing footage, and delivering polished content aligned with brand goals.
During this internship, you will gain real-world experience in content production, digital marketing, and brand communication while building a strong creative portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Video Production:
Assist in shooting reels, short videos, and marketing content
Handle camera setup, lighting, and framing for shoots
Plan and execute content based on marketing ideas
Video Editing:
Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Add captions, transitions, effects, sound, and motion graphics
Optimize videos for engagement (hooks, pacing, storytelling)
Ensure brand consistency in all content
Social Media Marketing Support:
Help plan a content calendar for reels and short videos
Research trending formats, sounds, and reel ideas
Suggest creative concepts to improve engagement
Assist in uploading and optimizing posts
Creative Contribution:
Brainstorm new content ideas regularly
Understand audience behaviour and trends
Support marketing campaigns through video content
Required Skills
Technical Skills:
Basic to intermediate video editing skills
Knowledge of editing tools like:
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects (basic motion graphics preferred)
Sony Vegas/ VN / Da Vinci Resolve (any is fine)
Understanding of framing, lighting, and audio basics
Ability to edit vertical short-form content
Social Media Skills:
Understanding of Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts trends
Knowledge of hooks, retention, and viral content structure
Basic understanding of content marketing
Creative Skills:
Strong visual storytelling sense
Attention to detail
Ability to work with brand guidelines
Soft Skills:
