About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Produce and edit high-quality short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) aligned with defined creative briefs and brand standards
2. Design clean, consistent visual assets for social media, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity
3. Integrate captions, motion graphics, and audio elements to enhance viewer engagement and content retention
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with content, marketing, and operations teams to execute planned campaigns efficiently
5. Manage end-to-end content workflows, ensuring timely delivery and quality control across all outputs
6. Analyze emerging content trends and translate them into platform-relevant creative formats
7. Maintain structured asset management and version control for all creative files
8. Incorporate feedback and performance insights to continuously improve content effectiveness
