DESCRIPTION
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create AI-generated videos using text-to-video and image-to-video tools and improve outputs through prompt experimentation.
2. Edit and refine long-form YouTube videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring strong storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
3. Create short-form content such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other social media videos.
4. Trim clips, arrange scenes, and add transitions, subtitles, captions, music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance video quality and engagement.
5. Maintain visual consistency and storytelling flow across videos.
6. Create thumbnails, captions, and visual elements using Canva and other design tools.
7. Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and formats.
8. Work closely with the marketing and content team to produce engaging promotional and social media videos.
9. Experiment with new AI tools, editing techniques, and video formats to improve content quality.

Other requirements
1. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
2. Working knowledge of AI video generation tools (text-to-video / image-to-video).
3. Experience using Canva for thumbnails and basic design elements.
4. Understanding of video editing techniques for YouTube, Shorts, and Reels
5. Ability to add subtitles, sound alignment, transitions, and visual effects.
6. Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
7. Good attention to detail and willingness to learn and experiment with new tools.
8. Experience working with generative AI tools for video creation.
9. Familiarity with prompt writing for AI content generation
10. Understanding of social media video trends and YouTube content formats.
11. Basic knowledge of thumbnail design and content optimization.
12. Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing.
13. Experience editing YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, or social media content is preferred.
14. Experience using AI tools in the video creation process will be an added advantage
