Video Shoot Assistant Internship in Indore at Eduvest Connect

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the videographer by managing setup, props, organisation, continuity, and smooth on-set operations.
2. Set up tripods, lights, backdrops, tables, and extension boards before shoots.
3. Prepare and clean the shooting area to ensure readiness.
4. Arrange Heart & Bloom materials neatly according to scene requirements.
5. Label and organize props, activity materials, and backgrounds before filming.
6. Retrieve required materials from storage and ensure availability on set.
7. Check and place batteries, memory cards, chargers, and lights for accessibility.
8. Assist during shoots by handing over props and materials as required.
9. Maintain table cleanliness and reset arrangements between takes.
10. Ensure continuity by preserving consistent placement, angles, and setup details.
11. Adjust basic equipment such as tripod height, light angles, and reflectors when instructed.
12. Maintain background cleanliness, including dust removal and crease adjustments.
13. Support coordination with children, parents, or models during shoots.
14. Hold reflectors or foam boards as required during filming.
15. Maintain and organize shoot inventory including props, materials, backgrounds, and stationery.
16. Repack and store items neatly after each scene.
17. Document used, damaged, or required materials for future shoots.
18. Keep storage areas and drawers systematically organized.
19. Assist in dismantling and safely packing equipment after shoots.
20. Clean and store props, cloth backdrops, boards, and shooting surfaces.
21. Return materials to labelled storage boxes and ensure nothing is misplaced.
22. Monitor inventory needs and report items requiring purchase or restocking.
23. Arrange location setups including tables, stools, and backgrounds.
24. Maintain a clean, clutter-free shooting environment throughout the process.
