About the internship
1. Planning and preparation: Understanding the project goals, story, and shot list before filming
2. Operating camera equipment: Setting up and handling cameras, lenses, tripods, stabilizers, and audio gear
3. Lighting and sound: Arranging lighting and capturing clear, high-quality audio
4. Recording footage: Filming events, interviews, or scenes according to the brief
5. Directing subjects: Guiding people on camera to get natural, effective shots
6. Editing video: Cutting footage, adding transitions, graphics, music, and basic color correction
7. File management: Organizing, backing up, and exporting video files properly
8. Collaboration: Working with clients, directors, or team members to meet creative and technical requirements

1. Creative eye and storytelling skills – ability to frame shots that tell a clear, engaging story
2. Proficiency with editing software – e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
3. Knowledge of lighting techniques – both natural and studio lighting
4. Audio recording skills – use of microphones, mixers, and basic sound editing
5. Attention to detail – consistency in framing, color, and sound quality
6. Time management – meeting deadlines and handling multiple projects
7. Adaptability – comfortable filming in different environments and conditions
8. Strong communication skills – understanding client needs and giving clear direction on set
9. Portfolio or demo reel – showing previous work and range of styles
10. Teamwork and professionalism – collaborating well with directors, editors, and clients
11. Basic motion graphics skills – titles, lower thirds, simple animations
12. Technical problem-solving – quickly resolving equipment or filming issues
