About the internship
Duration: 6 months
Location: Malad, Mumbai
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy learning content design intern who can transform training content into visually engaging, interactive, and easy-to-understand learning experiences. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Canva and other relevant design and video-editing tools, and know how to leverage AI to create refined, relatable, and impactful learning content. The role will involve designing training decks, developing animated videos, and converting complex information into simple, engaging, and learner-friendly formats. We are looking for someone who can go beyond static slides and create content that captures attention, encourages participation, and improves learning retention.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Training deck design: Create visually appealing, structured, and easy-to-understand training presentations using Canva, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
2. Video creation & editing: Develop engaging training videos with motion graphics, animations, transitions, text effects, voiceovers, and relevant visuals rather than static slideshows.
3. AI-powered content creation: Leverage AI tools to enhance video quality, generate visuals, create scripts, improve voiceovers, and make learning content more relatable and engaging.
4. Interactive learning content: Design interactive videos, scenario-based learning modules, quizzes, role-plays, and real-life simulations to improve learner engagement and understanding.
5. Simplifying complex content: Convert detailed training material into bite-sized, visually rich, and easy-to-grasp learning content.
6. Creative storytelling: Use storytelling, relatable examples, real-life situations, and visual narratives to make training content memorable.
7. Content refinement: Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and incorporate feedback into decks and videos.
8. Continuous improvement: Explore new AI tools, design trends, and video formats to make learning content more engaging and effective.

Other requirements
A. Required skills & qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Canva and a good understanding of presentation design.
2. Working knowledge of video editing and animation tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
3. Familiarity with AI tools for video generation, editing, voiceovers, animation, and visual content creation.
4. Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for design, typography, layouts, transitions, and motion.
5. Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly content.
6. Creativity, attention to detail, willingness to experiment, and openness to feedback.
7. Good communication and collaboration skills.
B. Good to have:
1. Basic knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
2. Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Genially, or other interactive learning platforms.
3. Understanding of microlearning, scenario-based learning, and gamification.
4. A portfolio of animated videos, motion graphics, presentations, or digital learning projects.
