About the internship
Are you passionate about animal welfare and eager to create real on-ground impact? Join Pawzz as an 'On-Ground Operations Intern,' where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being, safety, and care of our community and shelter dogs.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Daily Dog Welfare Checks: Conduct routine checks on all community and shelter dogs, ensuring they are healthy, safe, and accounted for.
2. Feeding Drive Assistance: coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth execution.
3. Medical Needs & Case Reporting: Identify dogs requiring medical attention, assist in transporting them when required, and report cases promptly to the medical response team.
4. Inventory & Supplies Management: Monitor and manage inventory for food, medicines, reflective collars other essential supplies.
5. Field Coordination: Work with ground staff, rescuers to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily logs of feeding, medical cases, inventory usage, and overall field activities.
