About the internship

You will be part of a startup-style AI team at Matrix 360, working on building and improving real websites used by the firm and its clients. This is a hands-on execution role. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining websites, applying UI/UX thinking, and using AI tools as part of your daily workflow to improve speed, quality, and efficiency. This role suits candidates who enjoy building, experimenting, and shipping, and who are comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Build and manage WordPress websites using themes, plugins, and page builders
2. Create landing pages with attention to usability, layout, and visual clarity
3. Apply UI/UX principles to improve user experience and conversion
4. Execute multiple tasks in parallel in a startup environment
5. Use AI tools actively to support website creation, content, and optimisation
6. Improve websites based on feedback, iteration, and performance insights

This role is best suited for candidates who want to contribute to growth, enjoy working with new tools and technologies, and are comfortable being part of a building-stage AI team where work is visible and impactful

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 12,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 2,000 /month
