We are hiring an experienced sales executive to handle regular calls, generate leads, and close sales. This is a full-time, remote role for candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make inbound & outbound calls to potential customers.
2. Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
3. Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets.
5. Keep records updated in the CRM system.
Note: This role starts with a 3-month probation period, and upon successful performance, you will be offered full-time employment.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 7,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 1,500 /month
Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 240000/year
