About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Relationship building: Establish and nurture strong connections with sales teams of property developers and prospective buyers by understanding their preferences and offering the most relevant real estate solutions.
2. Lead engagement: Ensure regular communication with potential clients, share timely updates on suitable projects, and drive interest through strategic follow-ups and prompt coordination for site visits.
3. Market insight: Stay up to date with real estate trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide clients with informed recommendations and a strategic edge in their decision-making.
4. Client data management: Expand the client base while maintaining a structured and up-to-date database to support effective communication, follow-up processes, and lead management.
