About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and customize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
2. Implement responsive designs optimized for desktop and mobile devices.
3. Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO.
4. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and account teams to execute website requirements.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve bugs efficiently.
6. Maintain and update existing client websites.
7. Integrate plugins, tools, and third-party services as required.
8. Suggest improvements to enhance website functionality, design, and user experience.
9. Support live client projects in a fast-moving digital agency environment.

Other requirements
1. Must currently be based in Jaipur and available for a full-time, work-from-office internship.
2. Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
3. Familiarity with website layouts and responsive development principles.
4. Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple web projects.
5. Professional, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
7. Confident and proactive attitude with minimal supervision.
8. Coachable and open to feedback.
9. Honest, professional, and clear communicator.
10. Calm under deadlines and performance pressure.
11. Team player with a positive approach.
12. Pursuing or completed BCA, B.Tech, MCA, or Digital Marketing courses is preferred.
13. Freshers or students serious about WordPress or web development are encouraged to apply.
14. Prior exposure to plugins, custom themes, page builders, or website optimization is an added advantage.

2. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
