About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Prototype and test simple AI agents using frameworks like LangChain or Rasa.
Gather, clean, and annotate datasets for training conversational models.
2. Fine tune pre trained language models for intent classification and dialogue management.
3. Evaluate agent performance using metrics (accuracy, success rate) and user feedback.
4. Integrate AI agents with REST APIs, databases, or web/mobile applications.
5. Document code, model configurations, and evaluation results in clear technical notes.
6. Participate in daily stand ups, code reviews, and sprint planning sessions.
7. Research and experiment with emerging agent technologies (RAG, memory augmented models).
