About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Writing AI prompts to generate avatars with specific characteristics (age, ethnicity, style, background).
2. Testing avatar platforms and comparing output quality (realism, emotion, consistency).
3. QAing outputs: Spotting visual issues like lighting inconsistencies, face morphing, unnatural expressions.
4. Iterating rapidly: Regenerating 15-20 versions with different prompts/settings until finding the best.
5. Building style guidelines: 'For corporate clients, use X settings. For YouTube, use Y.'

Other requirements
1. Portfolio is optional: but if you have visual work (Instagram, photography, design projects), share it.
2. Must be able to articulate why something looks good or bad: critical thinking over credentials.
3. Bonus: has experimented with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E, Canva AI).
4. No graphic design degree or Photoshop mastery required.
5. No prior AI experience needed: we’ll teach you.
6. Just need: good taste, critical eye, and willingness to experiment.
7. Strong visual intuition: you can look at five avatars and immediately spot which one looks "off".
8. Prompt writing ability: can describe what you want clearly and get AI to deliver it.
9. Comfortable with rapid iteration: willing to test, fail, tweak, and retry 20 times.
10. Basic design sense: understands lighting, composition, facial expressions (not advanced Photoshop skills).
11. Pattern recognition: can identify consistency issues across multiple outputs.
