About the work from home job/internship
1. Build and ship high-quality Android apps using Kotlin.
2. Design apps that work in an online-offline mode storing data locally and syncing effortlessly when online.
3. Work with both local databases (Room/ORMs/SQLite) and remote servers to ensure data integrity.
4. Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs and optimize performance.
5. Apply mathematical and analytical skills to solve tough technical challenges.
6. Rapidly prototype new ideas and push them to production.
7. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
8. Stay curious explore new tools, frameworks, and approaches.

Other requirements
1. Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin (Java knowledge is a plus).
2. Comfort building online + offline Android apps with local storage and server sync.
3. Solid database skills (Room, SQLite, Realm, or similar).
4. Familiarity with APIs (REST/GraphQL) and network handling.
5. Strong problem-solving ability with good foundations in math/algorithms.
6. Bonus: experience with Jetpack Compose, coroutines, or modern Android architecture components (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.).
7. Someone who learns fast, thinks creatively, and adapts quickly.
