About the work from home job/internship
Assist in developing AI/ML-based features and applications using Python.
Work with backend frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
Build and improve LLM-based applications using LangChain and LangGraph.
Design and optimize RAG pipelines for document retrieval and AI response generation.
Support the development, testing, and deployment of machine learning and deep learning models.
Work on agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation use cases.
Collaborate with the team on model evaluation, debugging, experimentation, and performance improvement.
Document technical workflows, experiments, and implementation details clearly.

Other requirements
• Must have completed at least one relevant internship in the AI field.
• Must have relevant industrial or academic projects that demonstrate AI/ML skills.
• Have a strong foundation in AI fundamentals
• Can demonstrate hands-on experience through projects or internships
• Are eager to work on practical AI product development
• Are comfortable learning and working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with vector databases or retrieval systems
• Exposure to prompt engineering and model evaluation
• Familiarity with AI deployment or cloud-based workflows
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
